Registration is now open, and members of the public are warmly invited to register. To register, please send an email from your institutional or organisational email address (students: from your university email address) to conference@nisa-intelligence.nl. After your registration has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Regular participants and full-time students will receive an invoice with details for payment of the conference fee. Your registration is final after payment has been received.
Important Information
- Use your official name. Please register using the name exactly as it appears on a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or national identity card). You will be asked to present this ID when checking in at the conference. If you have any special requests or accessibility requirements, please contact the conference organisers in advance.
- Registration approval. All registrations are reviewed manually by the organising team. As a result, confirmation is not immediate. We appreciate your patience and will process your registration as quickly as possible.
- Invited participants. Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, organisers, and other invited guests do not need to register through this process unless they have been specifically instructed to do so.
Fees (VAT not applicable)
- Regular: EUR 300
- Student: EUR 50
The conference fees listed above do not include the optional buffet dinner on the first conference day. Participants wishing to attend the dinner must indicate this separately when registering. An additional charge will apply for the dinner.
- NISA member: free admission and dinner, registration by email is required.
- Sponsors: free admission and dinner via (limited) tickets issued to your organisation, no separate registration is required.
- Panellists: free admission and dinner, no separate registration is required.
